Company Culture 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Perform as the national sales leader with network wide impact; represent upper management.
  • Lead initiatives and targeted focus to grow revenue and profit with the portfolio of accounts managed by you.
  • Understand the industrial makeup and business activity as applicable; remain knowledgeable on the competition and their locations, scope of service, pricing actions, and competitive strengths and weaknesses
  • Utilize reporting tools provided (MicroStrategy & CRM.) to monitor progress, analyze trends and revenue, and develop corrective strategies to achieve company goals
  • Develop and maintain multilevel customer relationships to uncover specific needs and behaviors of key decision makers, including targeted entertainment planning appropriate to the revenue volume, potential, profitability and buyer behavior of each customer account
  • Develop and maintain rapport with operations leadership and local sales leadership and ensure strong lines of communication; collaborate with Sales VP, customer concerns and customer strategies to meet company expectations for growth

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 7 years of sales experience
  • Demonstrated success meeting sales goals in previous roles with a strong desire to win
  • National/corporate sales management experience.
  • Experience in transportation industry sales
  • A valid driver's license
