LeximaLodging is seeking an experienced, results-driven Regional Director ofOperations (RDO) to provide strategic and operational leadership for aportfolio of hotels throughout the Midwest.

This is a senior-leveloperational leadership position responsible for driving financial performance,guest satisfaction, employee engagement, brand compliance, operationalexcellence, and leadership development across a geographically diverseportfolio.

Thesuccessful candidate will have a proven history of leading multiple hotels andGeneral Managers, improving KPI results, and holding property leadershipaccountable for performance. This individual must be a proactive operator whoidentifies issues early, develops practical solutions, and follows through toensure results.

The idealcandidate will reside in Wichita, with consideration for candidates based inthe Dallas, TX area.

  • Provide strategicoversight and operational leadership for multiple hotel properties
  • Conduct regularproperty visits and operational reviews to evaluate performance, identifyopportunities, and establish accountability.

  • Proactivelyidentify operational, staffing, financial, guest service, and leadership issuesand take timely action to resolve them.
  • Ensure consistentexecution of company policies, procedures, and operational best practicesacross the portfolio.
Financial Performance
  • Drive revenuegrowth, profitability, cost control, and overall financial performance acrossthe portfolio.
  • Collaborate withSales and Revenue Management counterparts on sales, marketing and distributionstrategies.
  • Review andanalyze P&Ls, budgets, forecasts, labor costs, departmental expenses, andkey performance indicators.
  • Partner withGeneral Managers to establish financial goals and hold leadership accountablefor achieving budget and performance objectives.
  • Identifyfinancial trends, opportunities and risks, and implement corrective action whennecessary.

  • Ensure propertiesmaintain appropriate standards related to safety, security, regulatorycompliance, and risk management.
Communication &Collaboration
  • Maintain clear,concise, professional, and consistent communication with General Managers,corporate leadership, ownership, brand representatives, and propertyassociates.
  • Partner withcorporate departments including Finance, Human Resources, Sales, RevenueManagement, and Operations to achieve company objectives.
  • Provide regularupdates to senior leadership regarding property performance, opportunities,risks, and required support.
Required Qualifications
  • Previousoperational leadership experience with major hotel brands.
  • Proven experienceas a Regional Director of Operations, Area Director, Area Manager, orcomparable multi-property hotel leadership role.
  • Experienceoverseeing a portfolio that includes both select-service and full-servicehotels.
  • Highly organizedwith the ability to oversee multiple hotel locations and geographicallydispersed teams.
  • Proven trackrecord of improving financial performance, guest satisfaction, employeeengagement, and operational results.
  • Strongunderstanding of hotel financial management, including P&L analysis,budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and expense control.
  • Demonstratedunderstanding and experience maintaining brand standards and franchisecompliance across multiple hotel brands.
  • Strongleadership, coaching, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbaland written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly,concisely, and professionally.
  • Demonstratedability to proactively identify issues, determine root causes, developsolutions, and follow through to resolution.
  • Experienceoperating across multiple markets and/or ownership groups.
  • Food &Beverage experience is preferred.
