## Regional Operations Support ManagerApplylocations: Bronx (LTC)time type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: REQ-2026-4235Leesel Transportation Corp.The Regional Operations Support Manager is a hands-on, field-based operations leader responsible for supporting local teams and directly driving day-to-day execution. This role works in the field with managers and frontline teams to solve problems, complete follow-up actions, reinforce standard processes, and ensure operational needs are addressed quickly. The Manager serves as both a practical doer and a local accountability point for execution, communication, and continuous improvement across assigned service areas. This in-person role with one position based in the Bronx to support the New York City contracts and the other in Sullivan County, NY to support upstate operations.### Responsibilities* Take direct ownership of field-level operational support for assigned locations, including daily issue follow-up, coordination needs, and execution of action items.* Work side by side with local managers and frontline teams to identify problems, resolve barriers, document needs, and make sure issues are closed out.* Support facilities-related needs and improvement projects by coordinating work, tracking progress, and helping remove obstacles.* Actively reinforce operating procedures, service expectations, and compliance practices through regular field presence and hands-on coaching.* Maintain ownership of open items, drive action plan completion, and provide clear updates to the Regional Operations Support Director and local leadership.* Complete operational audits, reporting, data collection, and process documentation to support improved execution and accountability.* Help implement new processes, tools, training, and operating routines within assigned locations by staying involved through rollout and adoption.* Serve as the field connection between local operations and regional support leadership by escalating risks, sharing trends, and recommending practical improvements.* Model a responsive, solutions-oriented approach by staying close to work, following through on commitments, and strengthening consistency across the region.* Other assignments to support the New York Region's operations success.### Soft Skills Competencies* Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.* Decision Making, Critical Thinking & Problem Solving.* Time Management and Organizational Skills.* Adaptability.### Additional Details:$90K a yearShift Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:40pmIn person with 2 a week times travelingto other locations within the areaBeacon Mobility is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
