Job description

Sodexo is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Manager to join our team at Yale New Haven Hospital - York Street Campus in New Haven, Connecticut.

Working Monday through Friday, this role will partner closely with site leadership to support frontline operations through employee scheduling, timekeeping, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.

In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for driving operational consistency and enhancing service delivery across a defined area or division. You'll help develop tools, implement standards, and provide hands-on support that empowers frontline teams and elevates the customer experience.


Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $89250 - $115500
