This position is open to applicants or individuals who are located in or around the Longview,Tx area and is an Onsite role.

The Role:

Reporting into the Site Leader, the Operations Supervisor will be a key leader in a 3PL & Life Sciences Fulfillment Center. You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team to achieve productivity, safety, and departmental goals. Potential assignments include one or more of the following areas: picking, packing, shipping, inbound receiving, and consolidation operations. The ability to work in an automated environment, drive performance, and maintain a customer service mindset is essential.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage all aspects of fulfillment center operations

  • Direct shift workflows and flex resources to consistently meet service level and cost objectives

  • Continuously improve processes to drive operational efficiency

  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment

  • Hire and train distribution team members, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures

Who You Are:

  • Understands or is willing to learn cGMP practices and how they apply to 3PL warehousing and life sciences shipping

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Flexible to work various shifts

  • Problem solver and team player

What You've Done:

  • 3+ yrs warehouse operations experience within 1 of the following.... replenishment, receiving, outbound, inventory, special projects & returns

  • 1+ years of supervisory or lead experience in which you motivated, trained and led your team into performing at extraordinary levels.

  • Systems experience with WMS, OMS, Excel, and other Office applications.

  • High School diploma or GED.

Nice to Haves:

  • Forklift experience/license

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

  • Able to withstand moderate physical activity (standing, walking, bending, stooping over, reaching, etc.).

  • Able to lift and carry up to 25-30 lbs. on occasion (document boxes, files, binders, and other items)

  • Able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time

  • Able to work overtime

  • Periodic exposure to heavy machinery/equipment and changing environmental conditions
