Lead facility operations and create a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Concord Care Center in Toledo, Ohio, is seeking a hands-on, experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the daily operations of our maintenance department. This full-time leadership role is key to ensuring our building and equipment are safe, functional, and well-maintained for residents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all maintenance, repair, and safety operations for the facility.

  • Supervise and schedule maintenance staff.

  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local safety regulations.

  • Manage preventative maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and equipment.

  • Coordinate outside vendors and contractors as needed.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications:
