Job Summary: The Sr. Analyst, Brand Standards will partner with the broader Operations Excellence team to create, manage, and evolve brand standards, lead operations performance tracking, support field team questions, and provide support for PLK's restaurant evaluation program. This position reports to the Director, Operations Excellence.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week in our Miami, FL office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Account Management & Support of Restaurant Evaluation Program

  • Establish andmaintainrelationshipwith third-partyvendor.

  • Partner with third-party vendor to ensure all PLK restaurants receivespecifiednumber of visits each year.

  • Develop escalation process to collaborate with internal customers and third-partyvendorto remedy concerns and appeals.

  • Compile and present updates toOperationsExcellence team on operations reporting metrics.

  • Maintain restaurant exceptions tracker and respond to requestsin a timely manner.

  • Align with Director, Operations Excellence on status of restaurant exceptions and lead communication efforts to franchisees/restaurants.

Support field team communication and requests as needed

  • Be the subject matter expert on Popeyes brand standards.

  • Escalate urgent and complex issues to Director, Operations Excellence for resolution.

  • Support communication efforts with the field team and respond to ad hoc requests.

  • Conduct root cause analysis for gaps in operations processes and procedures and present findings to Director, Operations Excellence.

  • Partner with communications to post standards and restaurant evaluation materials oncompanyintranet.

Standards Evaluation Performance Tracking

  • Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary

  • Prepare and present updates on operations performance to senior operations leaders.

  • Develop statistical and analytical models to support cross-functional initiatives.

  • Provide recommendations to senior leadersregardingnew operations trends to track.

  • Propose solutionsto automate standards evaluation performance tracking for cross-functional teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 2-3+ years' experience in restaurant operations or related hospitality field

  • Strong attention to detail,problem-solvingand project management skills
