We are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to join our Operations team based in Dallas.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Provide comprehensive and timely IT support to all employees, including VIP and C-suite executives, delivering white-glove service with professionalism and discretion
  • Exercise security best practices and monitor and train employees to do the same
  • Maintain and provision employee hardware and software for a global workforce, leveraging Apple Business Manager and MDM platforms to deploy policies, push updates, and apply patch fixes at scale
  • Perform onboarding, offboarding, and re-provisioning procedures efficiently and securely
  • Support the setup and management of new and existing infrastructure, including office builds and fit-outs from the ground up
  • Manage and administer core SaaS platforms at an admin level, including Slack, Jira, Notion, 1Password, Google Workspace, and Apple Business Manager; additional experience with Microsoft 365, Adobe, and DocuSign is a plus
  • Support employees with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and similar) and handling queries, troubleshooting, and providing admin-level guidance to help teams get the most out of AI in their workflows
  • Manage office LANs, Wi-Fi, and video conferencing systems, with hands-on experience supporting AV hardware (Logitech, Owl) and platforms (Google Meet, Zoom)
  • Manage laptop logistics for new hires and leavers, including coordinating shipments and collections through carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or Retriever to ensure seamless device delivery and retrieval globally
  • Configure and manage network infrastructure including Meraki switches, access points, and firewalls
  • Handle vendor management and ISP engagement (experience with Verizon or other ISPs is a bonus), ensuring reliable and cost-effective service delivery
  • Support the operations team across all projects including internal events, external events, and office moves
  • Support employees potentially out of hours
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems engineering, with a track record of operating independently and thriving under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • A high degree of security awareness and current knowledge of best practices
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment with ever-changing and competing demands
  • Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, networking, routing, and firewalls; hands-on experience with Meraki or similar enterprise networking platforms
  • Superb problem-solving abilities with a calm, methodical approach to complex incidents
  • Confident, outgoing, and whatever-it-takes attitude with the ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects
  • Previous startup or scale-up experience with the ability to manage multiple projects across varying timelines and priorities
  • Strong proficiency in macOS and Google Workspace administration (essential)
  • Experience with Jamf or equivalent MDM platforms at an admin level, including creating and managing policies, pushing updates, and deploying patch fixes; Rippling MDM experience is a bonus
  • Experience with AV systems and video conferencing hardware (Logitech, Owl) and software (Google Meet, Zoom)
  • Admin-level experience across core SaaS tools: Slack, Jira, Notion, 1Password,
  • Google Workspace, and Apple Business Manager; Microsoft 365, Adobe, and
