Job description


The Director, Lifecycle Marketing - Sports is a data-driven and results oriented marketing expert who will lead and own the lifecycle marketing campaign strategy and execution for Caesars Digital - Sportsbook. You will lead and guide our lifecycles marketing team across each player's lifecycle for our online Sports business. Your expertise in digital marketing channels, like Email, Push, SMS, and In-app, will define the vision and execution of your industry leading automated campaign strategy. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and Brand to drive growth cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
  • Develop the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy across Caesars Sportsbook onboarding, acquisition, retention, and cross-sell.
  • Manage and mentor the new Lifecycles team members fostering an environment featuring advanced automated campaigns, high performance, and accountability.
  • Monitor and oversee all of Caesars Sportsbook lifecycle campaigns while continuously optimizing the strategy and performance
  • Advance our digital marketing campaigns strategy while collaborating with the Sportsbook marketing teams and our MarTech partners, Optimove.
  • Develop personalized marketing strategies with automated campaigns designed to effectively engage players effectively within their lifecycle stage
  • Originate and optimize a test and experimentation workflow across each of the marketing channels to continuously improve campaign performance and KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Caesars Sportsbook to effectively communicate upcoming calendar events, product releases, and important communications

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of lifecycle marketing management experience; deep understanding of data and how it relates to marketing KPIs
  • Strong MarTech and CRM fluency in campaign execution and workflows; preferably in Optimove
  • Detail oriented professional with experience building lifecycle marketing strategies using data
  • Bachelor's degree required, concentration in Marketing preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Cross-functional collaborative team player with strong marketing team management skills.
  • Prior experience in iGaming, hospitality, or marketing agencies strongly preferred.
  • Professional appearance and ability to foster positive relationships across teams.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be able to quickly assimilate data and communicate corporate information to key external and internal (employee) audiences.
  • Must have the ability to deal effectively with executive clients (internal and external).
  • Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the casino.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds and carry up to 5 pounds.
  • Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at the assigned desk area.
  • Must have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment, including a 10-key adding machine, PC computers, fax machine, and photocopier.
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.

The salary range for this position is $96,400.00 - $154,770.00 USD, which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k)-matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses. This role includes paid Flexible Time Off and paid company holidays.
