Work arrangement

This is a hybrid position that requires regular in-office work. Candidates must reside in the greater Vancouver–Portland metropolitan area.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Director of Digital Marketing Services leads a team of digital marketers in building, scaling, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns on behalf of our members. This person will be responsible for setting a strategic road map of Audigy’s member-facing digital services and products and leading the team that will deliver on that road map. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and operating cross-functionally with our member-facing strategic business units (SBUs), this person will be in a key position to lead the growth and evolution of our members’ digital marketing services and products in patient-focused hearing healthcare. The ideal candidate has a blend of skills in team leadership, data analysis, and process development, with a strong technical background in digital marketing execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

  • Lead the integration of digital services and analytics into all aspects of our members’ local market strategies

  • Increase flow (prospects/leads) for our members’ audiology and ENT practices through a variety of channels including marketing automation, website, paid digital advertising, and social media
  • Collaborate with strategic business unit (SBU) and creative teams to plan, implement, and measure testing of messaging, calls to action, etc.
  • Maintain a department-level P&L and budget with multiple service lines
  • Oversee revenue, utilization growth, and retention in our digital marketing services and products
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of content strategies for our digital marketing campaigns
  • Responsible for the performance of a 10+ person team of digital strategists, web specialists, marketing automation specialists, account managers, and paid media experts
  • Direct management of four managers and oversight of four distinct areas of the digital marketing department
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Preferred Experience: Experience developing, managing, and selling digital marketing services required.
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful national- and local-level digital marketing campaigns required.
  • Highly analytical with strong process-building and results-focused outlook.
  • Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and marketing attribution modeling.
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
  • Understanding of web design and software-development processes.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
  • Work in office is required, with occasional hybrid work permitted based on business needs.
  • Occasional national travel required.
  • This is a full-time role Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • This salaried role may require occasional flexibility outside of standard business hours to support team and business priorities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain.
  • This position will also have to do some lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
  • This position may require standing for long periods of time.
