What does a director of ticketing do?

A Director of Ticketing oversees all aspects of ticket sales, distribution, and customer service for events or venues such as sports arenas, theaters, or concert halls. They manage ticketing systems, set pricing strategies, and coordinate with marketing and event management teams to maximize revenue and ensure a smooth ticket-purchasing experience for customers.
