Director of Sales

Full Time Park City, UT, US

30+ days ago Requisition ID: 1082

Salary Range: $120,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually

Director of Sales- Inside Sales

Location:Park City, UT (Onsite at Jeremy Ranch)

Compensation:$120,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

Company: Powered by MRP

About the Opportunity Are you an elite inside sales strategist who operates best at the highest levels of the healthcare market? At Powered by MRP, we’ve built the industry’s first brand-agnostic marketplace for medical aesthetic equipment. We aren't just selling lasers; we are fundamentally changing clinic operations. We are seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to join our Park City headquarters. This is a senior, individual-contributor role designed for a heavy-hitter. You will take ownership of our largest, most complex opportunities—multi-location clinic rollouts, massive trade-in deals, and strategic enterprise partnerships.

The Role

As the Director of Strategic Accounts, you are peer-to-peer with clinical founders and medical directors. You aren't pitching; you are advising on capital allocation.

  • Enterprise Deal Execution: Lead the charge on high-stakes, high-value transactions ($100K–$500K+), managing lengthy sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Market Expansion: Proactively identify and penetrate the largest aesthetic and medical groups in your target market, leveraging MRP’s full ecosystem (financing, service, equipment, and marketplace data).
  • Strategic Consulting: Utilize deep industry knowledge and LaserMatch analytics to prove ROI to sophisticated buyers, offering brand-agnostic solutions that competitors simply cannot match.
  • Internal Leadership: While this is a closing role, you will act as a strategic pillar for the sales organization—providing market intelligence to leadership and elevating the skills of the Account Executives around you.

Who We Are Looking For

You are an absolute expert in consultative, high-ticket inside sales and have the W-2s to prove it.

  • You have 7+ years of elite B2B sales experience, with a heavy emphasis on healthcare, capital equipment, or high-ticket sales.
  • You are a master negotiator who understands financing nuances, trade-in valuations, and enterprise procurement processes.
  • You are highly autonomous, financially driven, and operate with the utmost integrity when representing the company.
  • You have experience in high-growth, founder-led environments where agility is required.
  • Previous leadership experience managing or leading an inside sales team is a plus.
  • You can work onsite Monday through Friday at our Park City headquarters.

Why Join Powered by MRP?

Our headquarters is minutes from world-class skiing, but the real draw is our trajectory. After years of bootstrapped growth, we recently closed a major Series A funding round led by Aries Capital Partners and Swell Collective. More information can be found here about how we disrupt the industry and how our investors share our vision.

This is strategic backing from people who know how to scale market-defining companies. We believe the people building the company should own it. That’s why our employees are stakeholders. Beyond base, uncapped commissions, and equity, we offer comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, vision), a 401(k), paid time off, and clear pathways to senior roles.

The Bottom Line

If you are operating at the top of your game and want to bring your talents to a market-defining company where your strategic impact is matched by your earning potential, we want to talk to you.
