  • Track returns/credits and post-program learnings to improve the next pitch.

Market Awareness & CRM Discipline
  • Maintain working knowledge of casino promotional cycles and industry trends.

  • Reads the Situation & People Quickly - flexes style; knows when to push/pause.
  • Ambitious, Driven, and Assertive - operates with a sense of urgency; resists stalls/objections with skill and poise.
  • Sound Decision-making - balances risk, margin, timing, and relationship.
  • Detail Orientation - pristine specs, pricing, quantities, packaging, and dates.
  • Adaptability & Continuous Improvement - learns fast; iterates based on data.
  • Resilience & Multitasking - sustains energy across long cycles and moving parts.
  • Influence & Business/Sales Acumen - frames value, handles objections, and closes.
  • Integrity, Respect, and Honor - trusted internally and by clients.

Experience & Background
  • Preferred: Casino/hospitality marketing, player development, or promotional merchandise sales (continuity/VIP programs).
  • B2B Sales Relationships: Long cycle, multistakeholder deals; executive level trust building; RFP/procurement navigation.
  • Merchandising/Product Savvy: Cookware, luggage, fashion, tech, branded merchandise; packaging and perceived value intuition.
  • Logistics Awareness: Importing/tariffs, warehousing, fulfillment, shipping windows.
  • Tools: strong presentation tools: HubSpot (or similar CRM), Passport/ezGIFT, G-Suite/MS Office.
