Director of Operations – Staffing & Workforce OperationsPosition: Director of OperationsEmployment Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly driven Director of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing staffing organization. This role will provide leadership across recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, employee management, and workforce operations while ensuring we consistently meet client staffing needs.The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, comfortable managing multiple priorities at once, and able to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
