Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and shared success while supporting team members in achieving individual and organizational goals.
  • Data, Systems & Performance Management: Leverage fundraising metrics, donor insights, pipeline reports, and CRM data to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and inform decision-making. Establish measurable goals and drive continuous improvements in fundraising effectiveness, donor engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Programs, Construction, Finance, and Community Engagement teams to ensure cohesive messaging, impactful storytelling, and alignment between fundraising initiatives and organizational priorities.
  • Core Values Alignment: Demonstrate and promote Habitat for Humanity Kansas City's core values of humility, courage, and accountability in all aspects of leadership, relationship building, and decision-making.
