A Day in the Life:
As the Senior Director of Sales Capabilities, you'll help fuel the success of Monster Energy's Convenience Retail Channel. Serving as a strategic link between Sales and cross-functional partners, you'll provide the analytics, performance insights, planning tools, and operational support that drive execution, accelerate growth, and keep our sales team winning in the marketplace.
The Impact You'll Make:
  • Facilitate communication between the Convenience Retail Channel and other cross-functional departments within the company.
  • Analyze retail activity based on syndicated data and create recommendations for future programs.
  • This position collaborates closely with the leadership and Account Managers to deliver essential analytics, sales performance insights, planning tools, and operational update.
  • Prepare content and sales updates. Share relevant team updates, general recaps and business needs of the leadership.
  • Commercial communication by providing bottler-formatted ship lists for force shipments. Support supply planning for high-impact programs.
  • Bridge initiatives between Channel and Bottlers. Understand bottler-specific procedures (e.g., POS/Equipment varies by bottler). Align communication timelines for program impact.
  • Manage a high-performing team and developing strategies to enhance sales operations and effectiveness across the channel.
Who You Are:
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Management, Business Analytics or related field of study
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, Beverage
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in Convenience Retail Channel
