As we expand, we’re seeking a Director of Sales to lead our sales strategy, strengthen our pipeline systems, and drive consistent revenue growth.

Position Overview
The Director of Sales will oversee all sales operations, build and optimize sales processes, and ensure strong collaboration between sales, marketing, and client delivery. This role is critical in scaling our sales infrastructure, improving performance, and maintaining a high-quality client acquisition experience.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven leader who can translate growth goals into clear sales systems, strong team performance, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize the full sales cycle to drive predictable and scalable revenue growth.
  • Build, refine, and implement sales processes, systems, and playbooks to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
