Job description

Overview: 

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you are part of an onsite staffing team working on high volume and managing certain operational tasks. The Recruiting Coordinator will provide support to the recruiting staff in coordinating all aspects of recruiting, tracking and monitoring candidate information, selection and hiring of new employees, and assisting both administrative and associate operational tasks. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels.

Job Location: Fort Worth, TX

Work Schedule: Primarily Monday - Friday, with occasional Tuesday - Saturday weeks as required. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Tracking and monitoring confidential candidate information
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications 
  • Collaborate with client hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements 
  • Develop and execute a recruiting plan and deliver effective orientations 
  • Overseeing the background and pre-employment screening process 
  • Managing Requisition tracking 
  • Create an ongoing candidate pipeline, evaluating effectiveness of the online application process 
  • Performing FLEX operational tasks 
  • Coordinating week by week FLEX placements 
  • Assist with general operational tasks assigned 
  • Administrative tasks 
  • Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the recruiting industry 
  • Experience screening, scheduling interviews and onboarding preferred 
  • Ability to work onsite Tuesday - Saturday with modification based on business needs during peak season 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel and Word Understanding of Recruiting principles 
  • Ability to prioritize and plan in a fast-paced setting 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Highly detail oriented 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others and build strong relationships 
  • Ability to manage a large workload and pivot between recruiting and operational tasks in a timely manner 
  • Familiarity in working with deadlines and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously 
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience preferred but not required

Salary Range: $19.69 - $24.61 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.
