A leading hunger-relief nonprofit is hiring a Director of Marketing to own its brand, voice, and public presence across 13 North Texas counties. This leader will drive strategic marketing, media relations, digital campaigns, and crisis communications that mobilize donors, partners, and the public in the fight to end hunger. Reporting to the VP of External Affairs, this role sets the tone for how the organization shows up in the world and leads a growing creative team to deliver work that actually changes lives. They are looking for a bold, decisive marketing leader who can turn mission into momentum and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.
Director of Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow the organization's marketing and communications team
  • Own and execute the organization's marketing and brand strategy
  • Oversee paid and earned media, digital campaigns, and crisis communications
  • Develop compelling content for press, social, email, web, reports, and multimedia
  • Manage media relations and build strong relationships with key outlets
