Job description

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client in Boynton Beach, FL. In this outpatient role you will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.


Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy with a bachelorโ€™s or associate degree.
  • Active state license required to start.
  • Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
  • Experience recruiting, hiring, and training clinical staff.
  • Clinical leadership experience, including developing therapy strategies and coordinating rehabilitation services.
  • Experience evaluating patient care and implementing quality improvement processes.
  • For schools, valid state special education certificate may be required.
  • PT candidates only for the clinician-focused opportunity described in the companion description.


What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Provide leadership and clinical oversight for rehabilitation services in an outpatient clinic.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train therapy staff to meet clinical and operational standards.
  • Develop and implement therapy strategies to improve patient outcomes.
  • Evaluate and monitor patient care, ensuring compliance with established treatment plans and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate services across interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
  • Document all treatment and other pertinent patient interactions in accordance with clinic policies.
  • Provide education to patients and families regarding home programs and activities.
  • Support clinic culture and professional development through mentorship and collaboration.
