We are seeking a Director of Project Development to lead our sales team, elevate our customer journey, and help shape the future of residential remodeling. As the driving force behind our Project Development team, you will lead with energy, accountability, and vision while partnering closely with marketing, design, estimating, and production to create a seamless experience from the first conversation to project handoff.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Project Development team
  • Drive accountability around sales performance, KPIs, and process adherence
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and departmental goals
  • Oversee the sales process, contracts, scopes, budgets, and project documentation
  • Support complex projects and VIP client relationships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflow and customer experience
  • Represent the Company at industry and networking events

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in residential remodeling or construction
  • Strong knowledge of remodeling, design, construction processes, and in-home sales
  • Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with Sandler Sales training preferred
  • NARI, NKBA, AIA, or related certifications are a plus
