Director of Project Management
Our construction client is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Project Management to lead project execution and team development across a dynamic construction environment. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, while optimizing resources and maintaining client satisfaction. The Director will oversee the Project Management team, drive process improvements, and collaborate across departments to align execution with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in construction project management, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing project management team through coaching, mentoring, and strategic guidance
  • Design and implement efficient project management processes that align with industry best practices and organizational goals
  • Manage scheduling capacity to ensure optimal resource utilization and timely project delivery
  • Oversee project budgets and timelines, proactively identifying risks and ensuring financial performance
