About the role 

The Director of Web Experience is a cornerstone of Brandt’s global marketing strategy. Brandt’s public web experience is where the customer journey begins, and our marketing efforts converge. You’ll lead efforts to enhance web effectiveness by developing a comprehensive content plan aligned with business goals, oversee all web touchpoints, and work with your team to craft and direct the digital experience for millions of visitors. 

Role opportunities:

  • You will be empowered to shape the long-term direction and digital presence of Brandt.
  • You will lead your web team in collaboration with in-house marketing departments to develop, own, and promote Brandt’s public web strategy.
  • You will build visitor personas, then use powerful personalization tools to craft unique experiences for those personas.
  • Get involved in large-scale advertising campaigns.
  • You will have the opportunity and support to make an impact with innovative projects and initiatives to enhance Brandt’s digital customer experience and promote the company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead a team of web specialists focused on building and operating a complex public web experience.
  • Develop, own, and promote Brandt’s public web strategy, in consultation with key stakeholders across the company, and aligned with the company’s strategic priorities.
  • Own the company's public web systems' design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Design a scalable content integration process to support the growing needs of the business and the growing web team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, head administrator, and internal expert on our web strategy and systems.
  • Work with stakeholders from executive, sales, sales support, information technology, customer support, and marketing departments to align company goals with web priorities.
  • Build and manage the day-to-day operations of the web team, including coaching, performance management, and mentorship.
  • Provide leadership and oversight of cost and resource scoping for large web projects and during normal business operations.
  • Integrate and reinforce data-driven decision-making and increase tracking of web analytics.
  • Report to the Vice President of Customer Experience.
