  • Drive tech strategy and operational execution for Retail Intelligence AI initiatives.
  • Identify, design, and operationalize AI-enabled solutions using Walmart's internal AI tools to streamline day-to-day work. Build scalable processes and evangelize successful solutions across teams to accelerate enterprise adoption.
  • Translate high-level priorities into clear plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes, and independently track progress across teams
  • Own resource planning and hiring operations, including headcount tracking, requisition visibility, contractor management, and reporting.
  • Lead data-driven analysis using advanced Excel and spreadsheet tools to generate insights that inform strategic decisions
  • Build executive-ready materials (decks, white-papers, etc.) and clearly communicate updates, risks, and recommendations
  • Operate as a cross-functional connector, aligning engineering, product, recruiting, and business teams to drive execution
  • Identify gaps in current processes and implement practical improvements to increase speed, clarity, and accountability
