You will be responsible for managing a team of program managers or a major account. You will help achieve the company's goals related to client retention, quality service delivery, client and BCD Travel profitability, preferred vendor maximization, and technology implementation.

As aDirector, Program Management, you will

  • Be accountable for oversight and direction of the team, including performance/activity updates with stakeholders
  • Ensure multi-level, strategic client relationships are being established
  • Supportthe development of client and department budget
  • Leadthe Account Managementteam to develop strategic client business plans to achieve the client and BCD Travel's objectives
  • Exploreopportunities to expand client servicing relationships through (regional or global) expansion
  • Negotiateall client contract terms consistent with company approval processes and commercial policy promptly

About you

  • Priormanagement work experience in the business travel industry
  • Experience as an account manager in a corporate environment
