Ruth & Naomi's Mission is seeking a strategic and collaborative Director of Finance & Corporate Services to join our Executive Leadership Team.

As a key partner to the Executive Director, this role provides strategic leadership across finance and corporate services, helping ensure our financial stewardship, operational infrastructure, and organizational systems support the continued growth and impact of our mission.

What You'll Do

Partner with the Executive Director to help shape organizational strategy and long-term planning
Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Finance and Operations teams
Lead organizational budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial planning
Develop financial systems and reporting that support informed decision-making
Oversee audits, funder reporting, compliance, insurance, contracts, and organizational risk management
Strengthen financial processes and corporate infrastructure to support organizational growth
Build strong relationships with leadership, the Board of Directors, auditors, financial institutions, and external partners
Champion a collaborative, solutions-focused culture while supporting continuous improvement across the organization

What You'll Bring

Senior leadership experience in finance, operations, or corporate services within a complex organization
Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning
CPA, MBA, or other relevant financial designation considered an asset (equivalent senior leadership experience will also be considered)
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
