We are seeking a Director of Programs to join our team.
The Director of Programs plays a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific program or service within their identified Division, responsible for program implementation and evaluation. Reporting to the Senior Director or Director, this position plays a key role in ensuring program quality, effectiveness, and impact. This role may manage a caseload of their own.
This is a management position responsible for the direct supervision of assigned Campus Managers/Supervisors or Community House Managers and the oversight of assigned I/DD residences.
