Castor Consulting LLC is seeking a Sales Director to lead and grow revenue-driving efforts in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Position Summary

The Sales Director will own the sales strategy and execution for Castor Consulting LLC, driving consistent pipeline growth and converting opportunities into long-term client relationships. This role combines leadership, coaching, and hands-on sales execution to strengthen performance across the full sales cycle.

This position is based in Remote (Birmingham, MI) and requires a leader who can align sales goals with business priorities, build dependable forecasting, and cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end sales planning and execution, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

  • Own and manage sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy to support predictable revenue outcomes.

  • Recruit, train, and coach sales talent while setting clear expectations, sales standards, and performance goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
