We build the evidence base that tells us how roles are changing and how fast, develop the frameworks for workforce decisions, and manage the human side of the transitions – whether driven by AI, organizational restructuring, or M&A integration. Our role is to connect workforce strategy to business strategy – and to lead the transformation in a way that puts people first.

  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships across stakeholder groups
  • Facilitate structured cross-functional forums as needed
  • Manage competing priorities diplomatically

Speed and Structure
  • Lead project management of enterprise-wide strategy and org health review reviews
  • Establish standardized review frameworks and timelines

  • Establish relationships and partner with vendors; monitor performance outcomes
  • Provide operational support for enterprise AI forums
  • Synthesize internal and external workforce transformation insights to inform strategy
