Ataccama's Professional Services team is dedicated to helping customers maximize the value of the Ataccama ONE platform, ensuring they achieve their goals and experience long-term success. We have a strong track record of accelerating and de-risking business-critical projects while working in close partnership with our customers, leveraging best practices and resources. We are seeking a seasoned, results-oriented, and customer-focused leader to head and expand our North America Professional Services organization. This leader will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of Ataccama's solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth in North America.

While we would love for the incoming candidate for this role to be based in/around our offie in the Boston area, we are also open to a remote setup in Eastern/Central USA.

Provide strategic leadership and a compelling, customer-centric vision for the North America Professional Services organization.

Execute a comprehensive global services strategy that drives customer success, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.

Foster a customer-centric mindset within the Professional Services team, ensuring alignment with both technical and business outcomes.

Build and maintain executive-level relationships with Ataccama customers, supporting engagements throughout the pre-and post-sales journey (e.g., EBCs, executive sponsorships, steering groups).

  • Drive AI adoption at the functional level, act as a role model to the team members in usage of AI, and actively manage the governance of AI usage in the North America Professional Services team.
  • Oversee all aspects of Professional Services operations, including project scoping and delivery, customer onboarding, program management, training, consulting, and resource management.
  • Drive operational excellence at scale through a programmatic approach focused on repeatability, packaging, and pricing (e.g., playbooks, packaged services, architectural best practices, and training offerings).
  • Ensure accurate forecasting of services bookings, revenue, margin, and utilization while managing the Services P&L to reinvest margins for growth.
  • Align and implement global best practices while respecting regional business cultures.
  • Establish and maintain robust project management methodologies, ensuring Ataccama solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards—enhancing customer and partner value while driving renewals and expansions.
  • Develop and implement programs that maximize customer success, value, and retention.
  • Team Development:
  • Attract, develop and grow top talent within the Professional Services organization.
  • Build a high-performing and scalable team focused on customer success and technical excellence.

  • Think strategically and collaborate with Sales and Partner teams to prioritize time and resources effectively, accelerating opportunities and achieving company goals.
  • Work closely with Customer Organization leadership and other GTM, Product, and Engineering leaders (Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, Product Management, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer engagement experience and optimal customer outcomes.
  • Partner with the Ataccama Channel organization to develop and enhance the Partner program. Foster executive relationships with Partners and SIs, collaborating for scale.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Ataccama’s solutions by incorporating customer feedback and market trends.
Is This You?

4+ years of experience in Professional Services leadership, with a proven track record of building and scaling successful teams in a global environment. Experience in the software or data management space is highly preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Demonstrated ability to set and lead to a compelling vision and strategy, while leading and inspiring a global team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and customer focus.

Experience scaling and maturing Services organizations in high-growth environments. Strong track record of packaging Services offerings for repeatability and scale while aligning with GTM functions.

Experience developing and working in a collaboration with Partners and SI’s

Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth and profitability.

Passionate about customer success, with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to build strong relationships. Fully embeds this view and way of thinking into the Services mindset and engagement model.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Highly collaborative and able to work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.

Proven ability to identify and resolve complex problems, utilizing data-driven insights and creative solutions.

The OTE (base & variable) salary range for this full-time role is $220,000-300,000 USD. Your exact offer depends on the scope of the role, your experience, and the skills you bring. Base salary is just one part of your compensation & wellbeing package- you will also be eligible for an annual performance bonus, flexible time off, health benefits, an equity grant, and many other perks.
