The Director of Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within the facility, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in electrical systems, industrial maintenance, and schematics, as well as excellent supervisory abilities.

Duties:

  • Supervise and manage the maintenance team to ensure high-quality performance and adherence to safety standards.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies that enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify areas needing repair or improvement.
  • Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues and maintain low voltage systems.
  • Read and interpret schematics to assist in diagnosing problems and planning repairs.
