Prysmian Group is seeking a seasoned engineer to lead product development initiatives for fiber cables and digital solutions. This role combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and customer engagement to deliver cutting-edge products that shape the future of connectivity.
What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for new product introductions in fiber and digital solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify innovative opportunities.
  • Lead feasibility trials, prototyping, and scale-up for industrialization.
