Are you a leader with a track record of building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence? Uline is seeking a Director of Operations to lead our Ontario, CA campus, overseeing a team of 700+ employees across multiple teams.

As leader of one of our largest facilities at 2 million square feet, you will shape strategy, optimize performance and ensure legendary customer service across operations. Join North America's leading distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials and drive our continued growth!

Position Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level leadership across warehouse, customer service and sales operations, driving results and upholding company standards.
  • Build, develop and lead a team of 700+ employees, including senior leaders, with a focus on performance, accountability and long-term talent development.
  • Drive operational excellence, using data and reporting to identify improvement opportunities and maintain best-in-class service levels.
  • Establish clear goals and expectations across all levels, reinforcing Uline's high standards and customer-first culture.
  • Lead operational audits, performance reviews and continuous improvement efforts across functions.
  • Partner with corporate leaders to align strategy with overall business objectives.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree. MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience leading large employee teams (500+) across multiple functional disciplines.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain high-performing leaders.
  • Strong background in operational leadership, performance management and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Experience in B2B or e-commerce environments is a plus.
