Key Responsibilities
  • Manage rebids, renewals, and client retention strategies to ensure contract continuity
  • Identify, support, and close new and existing sales opportunities within the territory
  • Lead RFP contributions and create proposal and presentation materials
  • Analyze market trends and forecast territory revenue to inform strategy
  • Represent the company at industry events and maintain Salesforce documentation
Qualifications & Requirements

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree or related experience in Criminal Justice, Business, Communications or a related field
  • A Master's degree is desirable

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in working with criminal justice systems or selling services to the government or similar agencies is preferred
  • Four (4) years of professional experience
  • Industry and sales experience is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of sales strategies specifically for government sales
