You will establish clear ownership of portfolio strategy and partner goals, securing wins through decisive problem-solving and strong cross-functional alignment. As you grow in this role, you will evolve into a trusted, high-impact leader who drives consistent revenue growth and retention with total autonomy. This role relies on your judgment to manage complex trade-offs and resolve issues cleanly, as you consistently deliver high-quality results and strategic value without the need for heavy oversight.
What You'll Do
Portfolio Ownership & Growth
  • Own category and partner performance across a portfolio of strategic partnerships, driving profitable growth, retention, and partner success.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior partner stakeholders, leading negotiations, QBRs, and executive discussions that strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Develop category strategies informed by market trends, partner insights, and business priorities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Media, Product, Finance, Monetization, and Revenue teams to develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Translate strategy into action by prioritizing initiatives, making data-driven decisions, and delivering measurable business results.

Execution, Problem Solving & Delivery
  • Own partner performance from strategy through execution, proactively identifying risks and driving issues to resolution.
  • Lead multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while maintaining quality and momentum.
  • Collaborate across Product, Finance, Media, CRO, and P&L teams to execute solutions and achieve partner goals.
  • Serve as the accountable owner for key initiatives, ensuring deliverables are accurate, actionable, and delivered on time.

Analytics, Reporting & Insight
  • Analyze partner performance and KPIs to identify trends, diagnose issues, and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations, forecasts, and action plans for partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure reporting, presentations, and partner communications meet a high bar for accuracy, clarity, and actionability.

Communication, Leadership & Influence
  • Produce concise, influential memos, business cases, and presentations that enable senior leaders to make informed decisions.
  • Lead effective team and cross-functional meetings with structure, clarity, and a bias toward action while building alignment across stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted partner internally and externally, balancing partner objectives with Home Solutions' business priorities and holding stakeholders accountable to outcomes.
  • Build, coach, and develop high-performing Account Managers by setting clear expectations, practicing radical candor, and adapting your coaching approach to individual needs.
  • Model ownership, urgency, and accountability while fostering open communication, recognizing progress, and driving a high-performance culture.
About You
  • 6+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, business development, business operations or a related role
  • Strong ownership mentality with the ability to set priorities, make sound decisions, and drive execution to deliver results.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, synthesize insights, and translate findings into strategic recommendations and action plans.
  • Experience negotiating contracts, influencing senior stakeholders, and securing business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communicator with strong executive presence and the ability to influence internally and externally.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; able to diagnose issues and drive resolution.
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Google Workspace.
  • Self-starter with a high personal bar for quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
