Known for its strong reputation, quality workmanship, and ability to successfully execute challenging projects, this organization continues to grow and expand its project portfolio.
They are seeking a Director of Operations / Director of Special Projects to lead high-value projects, oversee special initiatives, and support the continued growth of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior construction leader who enjoys a mix of operational leadership, client management, project oversight, and team development.

  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Experience with design-build, negotiated projects, and federal work preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive executive-level compensation package ($150,000 – $180,000+ depending on experience)
  • Performance-based incentives
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Opportunity to influence company growth and operational strategy
  • Long-term career opportunity with an established construction organization
What Sets This Company Apart
  • Established general contractor with a strong reputation across commercial and government markets
  • Opportunity to lead impactful projects and shape company growth
