The Boulder Country Club is seeking a seasonal Golf Outside Operations Attendant.
Job Summary
Provide bag, golf car and range services to members and guests.
Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations
  • Knowledgeable about the game of golf and its rules.
  • Knowledge of and ability to perform required role in emergency situations.

Licenses and Special Requirements
Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities*
  • Transport and stage carts
  • Pull bags from the bag room and stage appropriately
  • Set up and maintain practice facility which would include hourly restocking and clean up of Short Game areas
  • Maintain a high level of service in the staging area. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Greeting players
  • Loading and unloading bags on carts
  • Providing towels before round
  • Sweeping out private carts
  • Washing windshields
  • Transporting bags to the parking lot
  • Maintain a clean and orderly bag room, staging area, cart facility, range facility, and practice facility
  • Return and clean carts to the cart facility
  • Breakdown practice facility
  • Wash and return players' clubs to the bag storage room
  • Pick range and wash practice balls
  • Wash, dry, and fold towels
  • Care for & maintain the pushcart fleet
  • *All responsibilities are done in accordance with the operations manual

Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
  • Frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.
  • Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; extreme cold; extreme heat; risk of electrical shock; and vibration.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
  • Able to meet and perform the physical requirements and to work effectively in an environment which is typical of this position.
  • Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping and pulling.
  • Frequent repetitive motions.
  • Continuous standing and walking.
