The Director of Corporate Partnership Development and Employer Success Manager will lead the design, growth, and execution of Westminster College's Corporate Partnerships Program, expanding access to bachelor's degree completion opportunities, or life long learning education for working adults while strengthening regional workforce development.
This role serves as the senior relationship manager for employer partners and is responsible for driving enrollment growth through strategic outreach, partnership development, and employer-based engagement initiatives. The Director will oversee the full partnership lifecycle-from prospecting and securing agreements to onboarding employees and sustaining long-term employer relationships. This position emphasizes deliberate, data-informed growth, strong external partnerships, and a high-touch, service-oriented enrollment experience aligned with Westminster's academic mission and student success priorities.

Requirements
Essential Functions:

Partnership Development & External Relations
  • Identify, cultivate, and secure partnerships with employers across healthcare, education, manufacturing, logistics, and public sector organizations
  • Prospect and negotiate Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) that define partnership benefits, eligibility, and renewal terms
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employer partners, maintaining relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development leaders
  • Represent Westminster College in regional workforce development initiatives, employer meetings, and community engagements
  • Enrollment Growth & Employer Engagement
  • Lead enrollment generation through employer-based strategies, including on-site Admissions Days, information sessions, and virtual events
  • Develop and execute a targeted outreach strategy within the defined regional market (approximately 90-mile radius)
  • Build and manage a pipeline of employer partners and prospective students, leveraging CRM tools and data analytics

Program Implementation & Student Success
  • Collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, Advising, Academic Affairs, and Marketing to ensure seamless onboarding and support for corporate partner students
  • Support program delivery aligned with working adult needs, including structured course pacing and early-term success strategies
  • Ensure employer-specific processes (e.g., admission workflows, transcript evaluation, onboarding) are efficient and student-centered

Marketing & Communication
  • Oversee development of employer-specific marketing materials, co-branded collateral, and communications campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to promote partnership benefits and drive awareness among employee populations

Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Track key metrics including partnership growth, inquiries, applications, enrollments, and student persistence
  • Conduct regular partner reviews and use performance data to refine strategy and improve outcomes
  • Contribute to program evaluation, expansion planning, and long-term sustainability efforts

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required; master's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in workforce partnerships, employer relations, enrollment management, business development, or related field.
