The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a Director of Premium Operations to join the team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. This role facilitates the overarching operational service strategy, hospitality, and execution by supporting new and existing operations while addressing operational challenges. The position will foster the partnerships between Sportservice and the client through identified opportunities to bring a continual evolution to our world class F&B offerings.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $104,100 - $140,500 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Execution of premium dining experiences to elevate guest expectations in select Sportservice locations
  • Contribute to the development of the Sportservice Standards Playbook, outlining frameworks and actionable standards for premium hospitality
  • Partner with VP of Premium Hospitality to implement strategic brand partnerships that enhance dining experiences within Sportservice
  • Responsible for opening timelines and organizing necessary resources within new units in select Stadiums / Arenas
  • Quality assurance assessments. Guest satisfaction and Review Tracker
  • Multi-tasks several projects simultaneously
  • Conduct unit trainings for the on-site staff
  • Recommend, advocate, influence, and drive standards and guidelines for adoption and implementation of ServSafe, health standards, alcohol serving, front house operations, sustainability, and GreenPath
More about you
  • Minimum of 5 years operational experience
  • Extensive experience in restaurant operations, premium dining, F&B operations, and brand development
  • Experience in a wide range of food and beverage environments such as quick service, fast casual, and fine dining
  • Multi-unit opening experience preferred
  • Prior experience in a guest service environment required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SharePoint experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of building relationships across teams
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, training, and communication skills
  • Excellent team management and organizational skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams and managing shared projects
  • Ability to maintain a high energy level in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Capable of performing specified procedures and following instructions
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
