Are you an Operational leader looking for a dynamic role where you can lead multi-site manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and progress your career into VP in the future?


On offer is the opportunity to oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations across multiple US sites, leading production teams and optimize processes and continuous improvement efforts. You will be a visible leader on the floor ensure smooth operations through multiple key departments.


This company are a leading manufacturer within their niche. As they undergo consistent growth and a facility expansion they are seeking an Operations leader who can maximize operational excellence.


On offer is a role where you will take ownership of operational KPIs and drive Lean and 5S initiatives across multiple departments, with a clear progression pathway into VP available.


This role would suit an Operations Manager/Director who is hands-on, data-driven, collaborative, and motivated to develop into a senior leadership role with genuine authority and impact.


The Role:

  • Lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met
  • Manage production teams, supervisors, and technicians across multiple shifts
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives including Lean, 5S, and process optimization
  • Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve operational constraints
  • Prepare and manage budgets, staffing, and capital expenditure proposals
  • Build a high-performance, accountable, and engaged operations culture
