The territory will include the East Coast.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, drive, and managethebusiness development team to generate business and project opportunities, increase sales, provide on-time and cost-effective delivery of services, and ensure regional goals areattained.

  • Achieve annual sales goals for bookings, awards, and proposals.

  • Develop, formulate, and implement marketing and sales strategies toidentify, target, qualify, and secure customers for all Ameresco solutions including;energy-as-a-service,energy efficiency, performance contract, turnkey construction, and renewable technology project opportunities.

  • Formulate marketing and business development forecasts, plans, and activities to increase company presence and customer base in defined markets and achieve regionalobjectives.

  • ManageseveralSales Managers and Account Executivesin the assigned geography to ensure accomplishment of sales goals.

  • Develop, manage, and execute individual and regional sales pipelines.

  • Participate as executive in key client engagement.

  • Travelrequiredapproximately50% of the time.

Theanticipatedbasesalary range for this role is$175,000 -$251,000 (presented in good faith). In addition to base pay, employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, and may be eligible for performance incentives, bonuses, commissions, or equity, depending on the role.
