Full Time – Director of Operations

The Operations Director oversees all day-to-day non-clinical and non-medical operations across treatment centers, sober living facilities, and clinical service provider facilities. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, compliance, efficiency, and quality across multiple departments, while fostering a supportive and professional work environment.

Essential Job Functions

  • Oversee daily operations at corporate and facility levels for all treatment centers and related services.
  • Manage the following departments and staff: Maintenance, Housekeeping, Dining, Support Staff/Operations, Patient Engagement, Gym, Sober Living, Safety, and Information Systems.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic plans and long-term goals.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor systems to measure performance and progress toward organizational objectives.
  • Standardize and improve operational processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, guidelines, and organizational standards.
  • Provide leadership, training, and performance standards to enhance the client and staff experience.
  • Assist with budgeting, financial oversight, cost approvals, and monitoring operational expenses.
  • Support hiring and recruitment efforts for management-level and other critical positions.
  • Address client and personnel concerns; assist with corrective action plans, improvement plans, and dispute resolution as needed.
  • Partner with cross-functional departments including Billing, Admissions, and Human Resources

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field; relevant professional experience may substitute for degree.
  • Proven management and leadership experience overseeing multiple departments.
  • Strong proficiency in computer systems, software, and operational tools.
  • Must meet all pre-employment and ongoing requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, health screenings, DMV checks (if applicable), insurance, and credential verifications.
