Lead Manufacturing Excellence at a Growing Industry Leader
RectorSeal is seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Manufacturing to lead all aspects of manufacturing operations at our Capacitor Factory in Palm Coast, Florida.

As Director of Manufacturing, you will play a critical leadership role in driving operational performance, developing high-performing teams, and implementing world-class manufacturing practices that support our growth while maintaining our commitment to quality, cost efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery.
What You'll Do
As the leader of our manufacturing operations, you will:
  • Direct overall plant performance, including productivity, quality, output, and efficiency
  • Drive a culture of safety and ensure corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurring issues
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Measure operational performance against strategic goals and financial targets
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, and other best practices
  • Coach, mentor, and develop managers, supervisors, process technicians, and hourly employees
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and customer focus
  • Plan staffing and resources to align with production forecasts and inventory requirements
  • Coordinate production schedules in partnership with Planning and Supply Chain teams
  • Manage operating expenses and develop business cases for capital investments
  • Lead implementation of new manufacturing equipment, process improvements, and operational integration projects
  • Utilize JD Edwards (Oracle) ERP to effectively manage manufacturing operations
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and other functional leaders

What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent operational leadership experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience with direct responsibility for production operations
  • Demonstrated success implementing Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in electrical component assembly and packaging
  • Experience utilizing JD Edwards (Oracle) ERP systems
  • Bilingual English/Spanish capabilities

Location Requirement
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Palm Coast, Florida, area.
