About the Role

BFO Management is seeking a highly motivated and performance-driven Commercial Real Estate Leasing Agent to support the leasing and marketing of a growing portfolio of retail, office, industrial, and executive suite properties throughout South Florida and other key markets.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys deal-making, networking, and prospecting, and understands the importance of aggressive follow-up, organization, and strong communication.
The Leasing Agent will work directly with ownership and management to increase occupancy, maximize rental revenue, and strengthen broker and tenant relationships across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Deal Management
  • Market and lease available commercial spaces across the portfolio
  • Manage the full leasing cycle from lead generation through lease execution
  • Conduct property tours and follow-up with prospects
  • Assist with LOIs, proposals, lease negotiations, and deal coordination
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects
Broker & Prospect Outreach
  • Perform consistent outreach to brokers and prospective tenants
  • Manage LoopNet, CoStar, website, and direct inquiry leads
  • Develop relationships with brokerage firms and local market contacts
  • Maintain detailed follow-up and lead tracking
Marketing & Property Promotion
  • Coordinate with internal teams on:
    • Property brochures
    • Social media marketing
    • Website updates
    • Email campaigns
  • Ensure all property listings remain accurate and professionally presented
Tenant & Internal Coordination
  • Coordinate with property management, construction, legal, and ownership teams
  • Assist with tenant improvement discussions and lease execution process
  • Ensure smooth transition from signed lease to tenant occupancy
Market Research & Strategy
  • Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competing properties
  • Provide recommendations regarding pricing, concessions, and marketing strategy
  • Identify opportunities to improve occupancy and revenue
Performance Expectations
  • 50+ broker/prospect outreach touches per week
  • 5–10 property tours weekly (depending on availability)
  • All active leads followed up within 24 hours
  • Daily pipeline updates and reporting
  • Weekly and monthly leasing activity reporting required
Qualifications
  • Commercial real estate leasing experience preferred
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple deals and follow-ups simultaneously
  • Experience with LoopNet, CoStar, CRM systems, or property management software preferred
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and accountability
  • Real Estate License preferred but not required depending on experience
