United Way Rock River Valley is seeking an experienced Director of Development to drive fundraising strategy, cultivate donor relationships, and lead a high-performing development team. This expanded leadership role will oversee annual campaigns, major gifts, corporate partnerships, grants, events, and donor stewardship while helping expand and diversify revenue growth.


Responsibilities

  • Drive fundraising strategy and lead a high-performing development team

  • Oversee annual campaigns, major gifts, corporate partnerships, grants, events, and donor stewardship

  • Cultivate and steward donor relationships to expand revenue growth


Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree and 8+ years of fundraising and related leadership experience

  • United Way experience or CRFE credentials a plus

  • Proven success in relationship-based fundraising and donor cultivation

  • Strong leadership, communication, project management, and analytical skills
