Job description

A hospital in Ottumwa, IA is seeking a Director of Laboratory Services to oversee the strategic and operational performance of its laboratory department. Position Overview

The Director of Laboratory Services is responsible for leading all aspects of laboratory operations, including quality assurance, staffing oversight, regulatory adherence, and performance improvement initiatives.
