Carolina Caring is seeking a Senior Director of Information Technology & Security to provide strategic leadership, governance, and operational oversight of our organization's technology environment while serving as our HIPAA Security Officer.

This senior leadership role will oversee enterprise applications, technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, managed IT services, business continuity and disaster recovery, technology projects, vendor relationships, and Carolina Caring's internal Information Technology staff. The Senior Director will collaborate with organizational leaders and external technology partners to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance patient care, employee experience, information security, efficiency, and organizational performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technology leader to help shape Carolina Caring's technology strategy, strengthen information security, and support the continued growth of our organization.

Schedule: Full-time, salaried position, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm.
