Job description

The Manager or Director of Investor Success will lead sales efforts to drive new Capital Investments from prospects and existing Investors, develop relationships with High Net Worth Individuals and Ultra High Net Worth contacts, manage and service existing Investors while gathering additional Capital, referrals, event attendance, and consistently deliver uncompromising service to investors while modeling DLP's Core Values.                                

What you have already achieved: (Requirements)

  • Must live in or near Atlanta, GA - but will work remotely 
  • 5-7 years of experience in related field
  • Customer service-oriented approach to investments
  • Strong knowledge of investment products required
  • Experience with HubSpot a plus
  • The ability to independently drive revenue-producing activities

What you are great at: (Responsibilities) 

  • Drive proactive investor engagement through daily new-prospect outreach, ongoing investor call cycles, face-to-face/Zoom meetings, and consistent follow-up/follow-through that nurtures strong long-term relationships.
  • Deliver a WOW investor experience by providing same-day responsiveness, handling incoming inquiries, leading alignment meetings, presenting 1:1 and in groups, and maintaining deep expertise in DLP funds, products, and market trends.
  • Grow the investor base and referral ecosystem by consistently adding new opportunities, aggressively listening to investor needs, gathering referrals from investors and team members, and serving as a cultural ambassador for DLP.
  • Leverage tools, events, and cross-functional coordination by maximizing HubSpot CRM, collaborating closely with the Experience Team and Investor Coordinator, completing intake packets, and utilizing DLP events to educate and convert investors.
  • Champion service excellence and brand reputation by producing raving 5-star reviews, offering referrals to other DLP business lines, actively participating in company and industry events, and consistently modeling DLP's Core Values.
