Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Family Office Services program
  • Own the end-to-end family experience, ensuring consistency, quality, and a high-touch service model
  • Partner with the CFO to define priorities, track performance, and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Build trusted relationships across a multi-generational shareholder base and serve as a primary point of contact for family members
  • Support and enhance family governance engagement and participation
  • Act as the central orchestrator between family members, internal teams, and the wealth advisor to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Educate and guide family members on the wealth advisor's services, fostering understanding and increasing engagement to maximize value for the family
  • Translate complex financial and operational topics into clear, actionable insights for family members
  • Manage the relationship with the wealth advisor, ensuring that performance expectations are met and service excellence is delivered
  • Drive accountability and resolve issues to maintain a best-in-class experience

Required Qualifications
