How does a director of inclusion typically collaborate with other departments to implement diversity and inclusion initiatives?

A Director of Inclusion works closely with leaders across departments such as HR, Talent Acquisition, and Operations to integrate diversity and inclusion goals into every aspect of the organization. This often involves developing training programs, setting measurable objectives, and reviewing policies to ensure they promote equity. Directors of Inclusion also facilitate regular meetings with department heads to track progress and address challenges, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
