This is an operational leadership role overseeing a team of four recruiters, with a focus on driving results, optimizing processes, and building strong client partnerships across VMS and MSP accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters supporting major IT staffing accounts
  • Ensure roles are assigned, prioritized, and filled with urgency
  • Provide training, mentorship, and coaching to elevate recruiter performance
